This 3 bedroom/2 bath home which sleeps up to 8 features an open living room/kitchen with a large island for indoor dining. There are 3 spacious decks for water gazing, relaxing and outdoor dining. Two of the decks are located at the back of the house facing the water and another at the side entrance that will provide the perfect location for happy hour refreshments. The upper level has 2 Bedrooms that can accommodate 4. The lower level, which also accomodates 4 persons, features an open floor plan perfect for sharing with extended family or friends. It has a queen bed, a living room area with queen sleeper sofa, and a dinette set perfect for having your morning coffee and watching the sunrise over the pond. The lower level bathroom will be remodeled in the spring of 2026. There is an amazing outdoor 4'x 6' outdoor shower with hot water! Usage of dock is available upon request that can accommodate up to a 20ft boat.
