Cancellation Policy:

100% refund if cancelled up to 2 weeks before scheduled stay.
Loss of security deposit if cancelled within 2 weeks of scheduled stay.
Refunds will NOT be given due to inclement weather or early departure.

Cleaning Requirements:

Please leave the property neat and clean.
Remove garbage and place in receptacles provided. Remove items from refrigerator. If you feel that they can be donated please leave and we will get them to someone in need.
Clean all kitchen equipment/utensils and put away.

House Specifics:

No Pets/No Smoking
No large gatherings, parties or events. MUST adhere to town ordinances regarding noise levels.
Maximum of 8 person
Dock usage is at your own risk
Usage of summer toys (kayaks and more) is at your own risk.
Please notify the owners of any damage or maintenance issues prior to leaving.
